Revenues are tracking slightly ahead of budget, while investments in maintenance, asset management, and system upgrades are strengthening long-term reliability. The Water Resource Recovery Facility continues to meet all regulatory requirements and produce high-quality reclaimed water, and key initiatives—including billing system upgrades, capital projects, and biosolids planning—are moving forward.
